Eligible compensation for the Southwest Shipyard 401(k) includes base pay, certain cash awards and bonuses and cannot exceed the annual IRS contribution limits.

Southwest Shipyard offers and Employee Referral Bonus for the applicant and current employee. Subject to policy guidelines.

Southwest Shipyard, L.P. offers regular, full-time employees the option of enrolling in Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD). In the event you become disabled due to a non-work-related injury or illness, these benefits provide you with partial income replacement until you are no longer disabled, or you return to work.
