Brian Blanchard to join Signal Mutual Safety committee

I am very pleased to announce that Brian Blanchard , Vice President for Southwest Shipyard has agreed to join the Signal Mutual Safety Committee, effective immediately. Brian will also be taking the open slot on the shipyard/repair/marine construction subcommittee.
